Bush should be tried for war crimes for authorizing torture. It can be proven in a court of law that the executive order bush signed, authorized tactics that violate the Geneva convention.

Cheney should be tried for treason because:
according to congressional testimony, vice president Cheney was in the PEOC (Presidential Emergency Operations Center) BEFORE the ""plane "" hit the pentagon.
it can also be proven, according to congressional testimony, that Cheney ordered the air force to "stand down". The PEOC has technology to see the same radar the FAA can see. Therefore Cheney literally WATCHED the plane fly into the pentagon.
CHENEY IS THE NUMBER ONE SUSPECT.
