Michael c. Ruppert make a compelling case in his book "Crossing the Rubicon" that Dick Cheney had the means, the motive, and the opportunity to orchestrate the events on 9/11. Much of his information is critical in the empirical timeline of that day. The "means" by which the treasonous perpetrators were able to accomplish their coup, are correctly analogued by he and others. I believe, however, that the "motive" and the "opportunity" for the crime, surrounded neither Dick Cheney, nor peak oil.
I will start with peak oil.
Speaking of means and motive. the head of any multi-billion dollar oil company is Always concerned with the bottom line. Before extending any excess capital. they need to be assured that the budget is safely secured. Make sure to not be overextended if the current revenue projections were to drop. That seems elementary. Well the greatest variable in the bottom line, is the market Price of crude oil.
If there was a way to secure ever increasing profits & ever expanding bottom lines, it would be notion that it is running out!! It's not hard to understand why any CEO would immediately see why the theory of peak oil is positive in securing the profits for his companies investors.
Ruppert points out that oil discoveries have dropped for more than 3 decades....which is quite compelling. But again it is any poker players interest to conceal his cards. And in a game of global hold em' petrol style....it's in no ones interest to report massive new discoveries.
Another aspect of this is the control of technology. The evolution & assimilation of the Internet into the economy shows how government and enterprise can control technology as needed. When the day peak oil actually comes...and goes.. i believe the "energy Internet" will be created.
On a geopolitical level, peak oil gives puppet politicians and Dis Info agents the fake "motive" for 9/11.
now the opportunity.
The conspiracy involved numerous people. Many of the people involved almost certainly were inside or close to the military. People from the CIA and foreign intelligence agencies were likely involved. People within finance, intelligence, defence, and security could have ALL been involved...worldwide....
I ask you,
would a criminal ring of ruthless conspirators, give control of the entire operation to a man whos had 5 bypass surgeries, 18 stints, and a pacemaker? Seems risky to me, not to you? If he were to peace-out in a seminal moment, the entire operation could be exposed. If i were they, Cheney would only have control over situations in which, if he were to die, it would only create more confusion. Cause more problems for the true defenders of America. His role could only be for things by which a heart attack played in their favor.
therefore, Mike Ruppert's claim that peak oil was the central underlying motive...insomuch as it being a REALITY, is suspect. Also the opportunity, specifically dick Cheney's opportunity to orchestrate the entire operation...is also suspect.
It makes more sense to me that the planners of the "micro-details"...not the possible planner of some macro details... who are the actual masterminds of the crime. Men within our own military, CIA, and FBI. Men like General Meyers, or Dave Frasca....or most likely -ex military brass controlling the operation from a private security/intelligence bunker. Not a public, already hated, already scrutinized man, who could die at any time...and takle with his to the grave, the suspecians of millions of trut seekers..
The question now must be asked.... does Ruppert's Rubicon provide the best, most likely thesis for the 9/11 cover up? Or does he spin a tale that winds through the shady weeds of non essential and compartmentalized decision makers

Fluoride Linked to Arthritis, Study Shows
A 52-year-old American (New York) man’s arthritic-like joint pain and immobility went away after he stopped brushing his teeth with fluoridated toothpaste, according to a study in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (1). There’s no scientific dispute that large fluoride doses cause crippling skeletal fluorosis over time. (See. http://www.nalgonda.org/fluorosis/victims.htm) But, “less well-known causes of chronic fluoride toxicity include fluoride supplements, certain teas and wine and some toothpastes,” report researchers Kurland, et al. (1) Skeletal fluorosis often results in abnormal bone hardening and thickening (osteosclerosis) with painful and impaired neck and spine mobility, spine curvature, and/or painful lower extremities ultimately causing crippling and incapacitation, report the researchers. In this case, the only obvious fluoride exposure was toothpaste. The patient drank no fluoridated water, tea or wine; had no occupational fluoride exposure; did not chew tobacco, inhale snuff, cook with Teflon pots, use fluoridated mouthwash or get fluoride treatments at twice-yearly dentist visits. But he brushed before and after all meals (minimum 6 times daily) with fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride was elevated in his serum, urine and iliac crest (bone), the researchers report. Within 8 months of eliminating all obvious fluoride sources, the patient’s urinary and blood fluoride levels dropped and bone function markers showed clear cut improvement, the researchers report. “By approximately two years after diagnosis and apparent elimination of excess fluoride exposure, the patient had complete resolution of his neck immobility and no longer required analgesics,” the researchers write

TORONTO (AP) -- The Canadian economy contracted at a 3.4 percent annual pace in the second quarter, an improvement from the first three months of the year, the government said Monday.
Statistics Canada said the economy actually grew in June, the first monthly increase in almost a year. Canada's central bank and many analysts think the economy is starting to grow again in the current quarter.
The 3.4 percent drop in gross domestic product for the April-to-June period follows a sharp drop in the first three months of this year. The economy plunged at an annual rate of 6.1 percent, revised from 5.4 percent previously, in the first quarter, the largest quarterly decrease since 1991.
Economists have said Canada entered the downturn later than other countries and that Canada's performance typically lags the U.S. by six months. Canada and the U.S share the largest trading relationship in the world. More than 70 percent of Canada's exports go to the U.S.
Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty acknowledged Sunday there is still work to be done to ensure Canada recovers from the recession and avoids slipping back into trouble, but he said Canada's response has been a model to the rest of the world.
While the U.S. has seen 81 banks fail in 2009 alone, Canada has not experienced the failure of any major financial institution. There has been no crippling mortgage meltdown or banking crisis north of the border, where the financial sector is dominated by five large banks.
President Barack Obama said earlier this year that the United States should "take note" of how Canada has shown itself to be a good manager of its financial system. Prime Minister Stephen Harper has said Canada has strong regulation that encourages a cautious culture in the banks.
Canada's banks avoided the subprime mortgage mess. The banks reported better than expected earnings last week and cited the resilience of the Canadian resale housing market as one of the reasons.
"All countries must take a critical look at their own systems and do what it takes to prevent another financial meltdown. The Canadian system clearly works, and works well," Flaherty said.
While the crisis didn't originate north of the border it did hit Canada hard. The global sell-off of commodities last fall hurt Canada's resource-rich economy. Alberta's once-booming oil sands sector cooled as every major company scrapped or delayed some expansion plans.
Canada's central bank cut its trendsetting interest rate by a quarter point to a record-low 0.25 percent in April and took the unprecedented step of saying it will likely stay there through June 2010.
The Bank of Canada has sliced 4.25 percentage points off the overnight rate since it began easing its policy in December 2007.

It's not often that a balloon makes people feel uncomfortable.
But the inflatable aircraft that has been floating above the St. Clair River in recent weeks, across the border from Sarnia, Ont., is no ordinary balloon.
Officially, the "balloon" is called an Aerostat. It's a Helium-inflated aircraft that looks like a flying wing, and had been floating between 150 and 300 metres above the ground in Port Huron, Mich., since the end of last month, until a storm damaged its fabric and it was taken down for repairs.

'Death with dignity' can take away choice

Last month, England moved one small step closer to legalizing assisted suicide. When Debbie Purdy took her case to the highest court in the U.K. she wanted clarification of the law: Would her husband be punished upon his return to England if he accompanied her to Switzerland, where she would get assistance to commit suicide?
The verdict is that the law needs to be clarified -- and that returning family of suicide tourists should be told whether they will face punishment or not.
And so it goes. Purdy is ecstatic about the decision, telling reporters "We've got our lives back."
Does being able to plan your own death mean getting to live a better life? So often, the ability to have help in death is framed as increasing choice and freedom. In reality, legalized assisted suicide is all about giving doctors control, even making choices for patients, without any repercussion.
This has been the case in the Netherlands, where the supreme court permitted euthanasia/assisted suicide in some cases in 1984.
Numerous reviews and studies have tracked the issue since then. A government-commissioned report by an independent committee revealed that in 1990, of 2,700 people killed by euthanasia/assisted suicide, fully 1,000 died without making any explicit request. Another study revealed something similar; in 2005 alone, 546 people died not by their choice but by that of their doctors.
Another 1993 report about death in Holland confirms that doctor choice is critical. The authors state that doctors are themselves "moral agents, not simply instruments of the patient's will." This remains true in cases where a doctor denies requests for euthanasia as well, of course.
But more troubling is the reverse scenario, where "life might justifiably be terminated without the patient's request," something this report suggests is both important and necessary.

The RCMP unveiled their planned police state for the Canadian people during the Olympics. the cross-Canadian-control grid is reported to cost $900 million, but will surly eclipse 1.5 billion before all is said and done.
Over 15,000 enforcers will be deployed onto the streets, armed with auto/semi-automatic weapons, riot gear, shields, etc.

He said the guards made him stand up and if he sat down, he would be beaten…. The interrogations, abuse, and isolation daily proved so debilitating physically and mentally that Jawad told military personnel at Bagram that he was contemplating suicide. What must be kept in mind is that this victim of illegal abuse and torture was only a juvenile, still in his teens and not even old enough to vote in the United States. Unfortunately, the torture and abuse of this child continued as he was transferred to Guantanamo. Starved for three days before the trip, given only sips of water, he arrived in Cuba on February 3, 2003, and was subjected to physical and linguistic isolation for 30 days – the only human contact being with interrogators. In October 2003, he underwent another 30-day period of solitary confinement. The interrogators displayed ruthlessness with this young boy that is hard to imagine, all in the absence of legal council for Jawad. For instance, “Military records from throughout 2003 indicate that Mohammed repeatedly cried and asked for his mother during interrogation. Upon information and belief, before one interrogation, Mohammed fainted, complained of dizziness and stomach, but was given an IV and forced to go through with the interrogation.”(16) Driven to despair over his treatment, Jawad attempted suicide on December 25, 2003. Hints of such despair had been observed by one interrogator who approached a military psychologist and asked that the “techniques being applied to Jawad should be temporarily halted because they were causing him to dissociate, to crack up without providing good information.”(17) These techniques were particularly severe and, as Meteor Blades points out, can cause “physical deterioration, panic, rage, loss of appetite, lethargy, paranoia, hallucinations, self-mutilation, cognitive dysfunction, disorientation and mental breakdowns, any of which, alone or in combination, can spur the detainee to give interrogators more information than he might otherwise surrender.”(18) Not only did Army Lieutenant Colonel Diane M. Zeirhoffer, a licensed psychologist, refuse to stop the abuse, which she had ordered, she also, according to the testimony of Lieutenant Colonel Vandeveld, engaged in a psychological assessment not to “assist in identifying and treating any emotional or psychological disturbances Mr. Jawad might have been suffering from. It was instead conducted to assist the interrogators in extracting information from Mr. Jawad, even exploiting his mental vulnerabilities to do so…. From my perspective, this officer had employed his or her professional training and expertise in a profoundly unethical manner.”(19) This is a profoundly egregious example of how the war on terror, its reign of illegal legalities, and its supportive culture of cruelty transforms members of a profession who take an oath to “do no harm” into military thugs who use their professional skills in the service of CIA and military interrogations and detainee torture – even the almost unspeakable torture of juveniles. The abuse of Jawad, bordering on Gestapo-like sadism, continued after his attempted suicide. From May 7-20, 2004, he was subjected to what military interrogators called the “frequent flyer” program, which was systemic regime of sleep disruption and deprivation. In order to disrupt his sleep cycle, Jawad, according to military records, “was moved between two different cells 112 times, on average every two hours and 50 minutes, day and night. Every time he was moved, he was shackled.”(20) As a result of this abuse, “Mohammed’s medical records indicate that significant health effects he suffered during this time include blood in his urine, bodily pain, and a weight loss of 10% from April 2004 to May 2004.”(21) At a June 2008 military commission hearing, Jawad’s U.S. military lawyer inquired as to why “someone in a position of authority … and not just the guards” was not being held accountable for Jawad’s subjection to the “frequent flyer” program.(22) The government refused to supply any names or prosecute anyone involved in the program, citing their right to privacy, as if such a right overrides “allegations of torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and the right of victims of human rights violations to remedy.”(23)
The torture and abuse of the child detainee, Mohammed Jawad, continues up to on or about June 2, 2008 when he was “beaten, kicked, and pepper-sprayed while he was on the ground with his feet and hands in shackles, for allegedly not comply with guards’ instructions. Fifteen days later, there were still visible marks consistent with physical abuse on his body, including his arms, knees, shoulder, forehead, and ribs.”(24) How the Obama administration can possibly defend building a criminal case against Mohammed Jawad, given that he was under 18 years-old at the time of his arrest and has endured endless years of torture and abuse at the hands of the U.S. government, raises serious questions about ethical and political integrity of this government and its alleged commitment for human rights. The case against this young man is so weak that Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle has not only recently accused the government of “dragging [the case] out for no good reason,” but also expressed alarm at how weak the government’s case was, stating in a refusal to give them an extension to amass new evidence against Jawad, “You’d better go consult real quick with the powers that be, because this is a case that’s been screaming at everybody for years. This case is an outrage to me…. I am not going to sit up here and wait for you to come up with new evidence at this late hour…. This case is in shambles.”(25) On July 30, 2009, Judge Huvelle ordered the Obama administration to release Jawad by late August. She stated “After this horrible, long, tortured history, I hope the government will succeed in getting him back home…. Enough has been imposed on this young man to date.”

World’s Largest Science Group Rejecting Man-made Climate Fears

An outpouring of skeptical scientists who are members of the American Chemical Society (ACS) are revolting against the group’s editor-in-chief — with some demanding he be removed — after an editorial appeared claiming “the science of anthropogenic climate change is becoming increasingly well established.”
The editorial claimed the “consensus” view was growing “increasingly difficult to challenge, despite the efforts of diehard climate-change deniers.” The editor now admits he is “startled” by the negative reaction from the group’s scientific members. The American Chemical Society bills itself as the “world’s largest scientific society.”
The June 22, 2009 editorial in Chemical and Engineering News by editor in chief Rudy Baum, is facing widespread blowback and condemnation from American Chemical Society member scientists. Baum concluded his editorial by stating that “deniers” are attempting to “derail meaningful efforts to respond to global climate change.”
Dozens of letters were published on July 27, 2009 castigating Baum, with some scientists calling for his replacement as editor-in-chief.
The editorial was met with a swift, passionate and scientific rebuke from Baum’s colleagues. Virtually all of the letters published on July 27 in castigated Baum’s climate science views. Scientists rebuked Baum’s use of the word “deniers” because of the terms “association with Holocaust deniers.” In addition, the scientists called Baum’s editorial: “disgusting”; “a disgrace”; “filled with misinformation”; “unworthy of a scientific periodical” and “pap.”

Lost in all the blather about Nancy Pelosi, the CIA, and torture is a stark fact generally ignored by the corporate media and the Sunday news show talking heads — not only did the United States torture, it murdered the tortured.
John Sifton, a reporter and researcher for Human Rights, wrote about the estimated 100 detainees murdered in May 5 for The Daily Beast, but his report was more or less ignored. David Edwards and Stephen Webster picked up the story on May 15 for Raw Story after Amy Goodman of Democracy Now interviewed Sifton (see video on this page).
As Sifton told Goodman, Human Right Watch and other groups knew about the torture-homicides back in 2003. “The killings, at least some of them, have hardly been kept secret,” writes Sifton. “As early as May-June 2003, The New York Times and Washington Post reported on deaths of detainees in Afghanistan. Two detainees at Bagram air base died after extensive beatings by U.S. troops in December 2002 — a case reported by The New York Times and that was also the subject of the Oscar-winning documentary Taxi to the Dark Side. Another death involved a man beaten to death by a CIA contractor at a base in Asadabad, in eastern Afghanistan, in June 2003.”
Human Rights First determined in 2006 that nearly 100 detainees died in U.S. custody in Afghanistan and Iraq facilities as of 2005, and that almost half of the cases were clearly homicides. “The government is not unaware of these homicides. In April 2006, a colleague of mine at Human Rights Watch and I met with Department of Justice criminal-division officials and requested information and updates on this case and several others. Justice officials were familiar with these cases, but our pleas for information were rejected,” writes Sifton.
“The bottom line is that many detainee homicides in Iraq and Afghanistan were the direct result of approval and orders from the highest levels of government, and that high officials in the government are accomplices. Any meaningful investigation of those homicides would reveal the initial authorizations and their link to the homicides.”
John Sifton says Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice cannot conclude their deliberations about Bush-era torture policies without closely investigating the homicide cases tied to them.
The Obama administration has used a “legal parlor trick” to make sure torture — and presumably torture-murder — continues, according to James Hill, a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery. On January 22, 2009, Obama signed a number of executive orders supposedly designed to end the Bush administration’s abusive practices in dealing with terrorism suspects, but these contain loopholes big enough to drive a Mack truck through, Hill noted on January 26, 2009. “Labeling detainees the product of counterterrorism operations rather than of armed conflict, or holding detainees in detention facilities operated by entities other than the CIA, may allow government agents and private contractors conforming to the letter of the president’s order to continue practices most would consider torture.”
“Obama insisted that investigations of Bush-Cheney would disturb the Toscanini-like symphony he had promised to the political class in the corridors of power,” writes Bruce Fein. “In sweeping the Bush-Cheney lawlessness under the rug, Obama has set a precedent of whitewashing White House lawlessness in the name of national security that will lie around like a loaded weapon ready for resurrection by any commander in chief eager to appear ‘tough on terrorism’ and to exploit popular fear. Obama urges that the crimes were justified because the duumvirate acted to protect the nation from international terrorism.”
In other words, the “the political class in the corridors of power” will make certain such crimes continue, as there is little difference between the Bush and Obama administrations. Obama, or rather the “political class” that pulls his strings, “will do whatever is required,” especially if he sees “information that would” change his mind about the use of “enhanced interrogation techniques,” that is to say torture and murder (see President Obama Won’t Rule Out Torture).
Last month, Obama and leading Democrats indicated they will block any independent commission to investigate torture (and murder). “According to press reports, Obama told Congressional Democrats that any sort of investigation of the torture, which was carried out on the orders of top officials and in blatant violation of domestic and international law, would use up too much time and would likely expand into other areas of Bush administration criminality,” Tom Eley wrote on April 27. “Now in power, the Democrats have no intention of dissolving the panoply of anti-democratic measures enacted by the Bush administration in the ‘war on terror.’ Indeed, the Obama Justice Department has gone into court repeatedly in an attempt to quash legal challenges to torture, extraordinary rendition and illegal domestic spying.”
Not only will the torture-murder of hapless detainees continue, but the mass murder juggernaut Obama inherited — or rather now represents as the selected front man — will continue to roll on with its macabre and criminal death dance. So far, according to the prestigious medical journal Lancet and other investigations, well over a million Iraqis have died as a direct result of the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq, a number that exceeds the 800,000 to 900,000 believed killed in the Rwandan genocide in 1994, and is approaching the number (1.7 million) who died in Cambodia (with U.S. support of the murderous Khmer Rouge).
Obama has promised to add numbers to the death toll in Afghanistan and Pakistan where “Obama will… continue his predecessor’s policies in the region… to protect the oil pipelines, and to resume the encircling of Russia and China under the guise of wanting to destroy the mythical Al Qaeda and its leader the late OBL,” as the Rev. Richard Skaff notes. Obama is dedicated to “the mythical and contrived war on terror” and will continue “the policy of the previous administration and of the money masters. Obama like every other president, chose expediency over truth and justice. He is after all another front man, namely a politician.”
Torture and torture-related murder are merely additional tools in the “mythical and contrived war on terror,” as Obama insists.

John Sifton says Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice cannot conclude their deliberations about Bush-era torture policies without closely investigating the homicide cases tied to them.
The Obama administration has used a “legal parlor trick” to make sure torture — and presumably torture-murder — continues, according to James Hill, a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery. On January 22, 2009, Obama signed a number of executive orders supposedly designed to end the Bush administration’s abusive practices in dealing with terrorism suspects, but these contain loopholes big enough to drive a Mack truck through, Hill noted on January 26, 2009. “Labeling detainees the product of counterterrorism operations rather than of armed conflict, or holding detainees in detention facilities operated by entities other than the CIA, may allow government agents and private contractors conforming to the letter of the president’s order to continue practices most would consider torture.”
“Obama insisted that investigations of Bush-Cheney would disturb the Toscanini-like symphony he had promised to the political class in the corridors of power,” writes Bruce Fein. “In sweeping the Bush-Cheney lawlessness under the rug, Obama has set a precedent of whitewashing White House lawlessness in the name of national security that will lie around like a loaded weapon ready for resurrection by any commander in chief eager to appear ‘tough on terrorism’ and to exploit popular fear. Obama urges that the crimes were justified because the duumvirate acted to protect the nation from international terrorism.”
In other words, the “the political class in the corridors of power” will make certain such crimes continue, as there is little difference between the Bush and Obama administrations. Obama, or rather the “political class” that pulls his strings, “will do whatever is required,” especially if he sees “information that would” change his mind about the use of “enhanced interrogation techniques,” that is to say torture and murder (see President Obama Won’t Rule Out Torture).
Last month, Obama and leading Democrats indicated they will block any independent commission to investigate torture (and murder). “According to press reports, Obama told Congressional Democrats that any sort of investigation of the torture, which was carried out on the orders of top officials and in blatant violation of domestic and international law, would use up too much time and would likely expand into other areas of Bush administration criminality,” Tom Eley wrote on April 27. “Now in power, the Democrats have no intention of dissolving the panoply of anti-democratic measures enacted by the Bush administration in the ‘war on terror.’ Indeed, the Obama Justice Department has gone into court repeatedly in an attempt to quash legal challenges to torture, extraordinary rendition and illegal domestic spying.”
Not only will the torture-murder of hapless detainees continue, but the mass murder juggernaut Obama inherited — or rather now represents as the selected front man — will continue to roll on with its macabre and criminal death dance. So far, according to the prestigious medical journal Lancet and other investigations, well over a million Iraqis have died as a direct result of the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq, a number that exceeds the 800,000 to 900,000 believed killed in the Rwandan genocide in 1994, and is approaching the number (1.7 million) who died in Cambodia (with U.S. support of the murderous Khmer Rouge).
Obama has promised to add numbers to the death toll in Afghanistan and Pakistan where “Obama will… continue his predecessor’s policies in the region… to protect the oil pipelines, and to resume the encircling of Russia and China under the guise of wanting to destroy the mythical Al Qaeda and its leader the late OBL,” as the Rev. Richard Skaff notes. Obama is dedicated to “the mythical and contrived war on terror” and will continue “the policy of the previous administration and of the money masters. Obama like every other president, chose expediency over truth and justice. He is after all another front man, namely a politician.”
Torture and torture-related murder are merely additional tools in the “mythical and contrived war on terror,” as Obama insists.

The Federal government VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) was established by Congress under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986. It receives about 11,000 reports of serious adverse reactions to vaccinations annually, which include as many as one to two hundred deaths, and several times that number of permanent disabilities
VAERS officials report that 15% of adverse events are “serious” (emergency room trip, hospitalization, life-threatening episode, permanent disability, death). Independent analysis of VAERS reports has revealed that up to 50% of reported adverse events for the Hepatitis B vaccine are “serious.”
The FDA estimates that as few as 1% of serious adverse reactions to vaccines are reported,3,4 and the CDC admits that only about 10% of such events are reported.
The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC, a grassroots organization founded by parents of vaccine-injured and killed children) has conducted its own investigations.7 It reported: “In New York, only one out of 40 doctor's offices confirmed that they report a death or injury following vaccination.” In other words, 97.5% of vaccine related deaths and disabilities go unreported there. Implications about medical ethics aside (federal law directs doctors to report serious adverse events 8), these findings suggest that vaccine deaths and serious injuries actually occurring may be from 10 to 100 times greater than the number reported.
Studies internationally have shown vaccination to be a cause of SIDS9,10 (SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, is a “catch-all” diagnosis given when the specific cause of death is unknown; estimates range from 5,000 to 10,000 cases each year in the US). One study found the peak incidence of SIDS occurred at the ages of 2 and 4 months in the U.S., precisely when the first two routine immunizations are given,11

Another study found that 3,000 children die within 4 days of vaccination each year in the U.S. while yet another researcher’s studies led to the conclusion that at least half of SIDS cases are caused by vaccines.12
Measles, mumps, small pox, pertussis, polio and Hib outbreaks have all occurred in vaccinated populations.19,20,21,22,23

Finally, vaccines are administered with the assumption that all recipients—regardless of race, culture, diet, genetic makeup, geographic location, or any other characteristic—will respond the same. This was perhaps never more dramatically disproved than in Australia's Northern Territory a few years ago, where stepped-up immunization campaigns in native aborigines resulted in an incredible 50% infant mortality rate.47 One must wonder about the lives of the survivors, too; if half died, surely the other half did not escape unaffected.
YOUR RIGHTS
In the U.S., vaccine laws vary from state to state. While every state legally requires vaccines, every state also has one or more legal exemptions from vaccines. School and health officials will seldom volunteer exemption information, and are sometimes misinformed about legal exemptions, so it is important to check the laws in your state to find out exactly what the requirements are. Each state offers one or more of the following three kinds of exemptions:
1) Medical Exemption: All 50 states in the U.S. allow for a medical exemption. However, few pediatricians check for indications of increased risk before administering vaccines, so it is advisable for parents to research this matter for themselves if they have reason to believe that their child may be predisposed to vaccine reactions. Epilepsy, severe allergies, and a previous adverse reaction in a child or sibling are but a few of the many conditions in child or family history which may increase the chances of an adverse reaction, and thus may qualify for a medical exemption from one or more required vaccines. In general, though, medical exemptions are difficult to get, may be available only to those who have already had a serious vaccine reaction or who have a family history of serious vaccine reactions, may be granted only for the specific vaccine believed to have caused a previous reaction, and may be valid only as long as the condition giving rise to the exemption persists (i.e., may be temporary).
2) Religious Exemption: 48 states allow for a religious exemption (all but MS and WV). A state’s laws may state that membership in an established religious organization is required. However, this requirement has been held unconstitutional in New York federal courts; personal religious beliefs are sufficient for a religious exemption, regardless of which religious organization you belong to, or whether or not you belong to an organized religion at all.67,68,69,70 In one case, the plaintiffs were awarded money damages when the court found that the state had violated their civil rights by denying them a religious exemption.
3) Philosophical or Personal Exemption: Approximately 17 states allow parents to refuse vaccination for personal or philosophical reasons.
It is worth noting that exempted children may be banned from attending schools during local outbreaks. But all schools, public or private, must comply with state vaccination laws and honor legal exemptions.
In the December 1994 Medical Post, Canadian author of the best-seller Medical Mafia, Guylaine Lanctot, M.D., stated, “The medical authorities keep lying. Vaccination has been a disaster on the immune system. It actually causes a lot of illnesses. We are actually changing our genetic code through vaccination...100 years from now we will know that the biggest crime against humanity was vaccines.” After critically analyzing literally ten’s of thousands of pages of the vaccine medical literature, Dr. Viera Scheibner concluded that “there is no evidence whatsoever of the ability of vaccines to prevent any diseases. To the contrary, there is a great wealth of evidence that they cause serious side effects.”76

Most of us are aware that our governments monitor nearly every form of electronic communication. We are also aware of private companies doing the same. This strikes most of us as slightly troubling, but very few of us say or do much about it. There are two primary reasons for this:

1. We really don’t see how it is going to hurt us. Mass surveillance is certainly a new, odd, and perhaps an ominous thing, but we just don’t see a complete picture or a smoking gun.
2. We are constantly surrounded with messages that say, “Only crazy people complain about the government.”
However, the biggest obstacle to our understanding is this: The usual image of a “police state” includes secret police dragging people out of their homes at night, with scenes out of Nazi Germany or Stalin’s USSR. The problem with these images is that they are horribly outdated. That’s how things worked during your grandfather’s war — that is not how things work now.
An electronic police state is quiet, even unseen. All of its legal actions are supported by abundant evidence. It looks pristine.

Would you still do it if he had all the emails you sent when you were depressed? Or if she has records of every porn site you’ve ever surfed? Or if he knows every phone call you’ve ever made? Or if she knows everyone you’ve ever sent money to? Such a person would have all of this and more — in the form of court-ready evidence — sitting in a database, waiting to be organized at the touch of a button.
This system hasn’t yet reached its full shape, but all of the basics are in place and it is not far from complete in some places. It is too late to prevent this — it is here. Our purpose in producing this report is to let people know that their liberty is in jeopardy and to help them understand how it is being undermined.

Most of us are aware that our governments monitor nearly every form of electronic communication. We are also aware of private companies doing the same. This strikes most of us as slightly troubling, but very few of us say or do much about it. There are two primary reasons for this:
In this scene from Das leben Der Anderen (The Lives of Others), Stasi agents bug a target’s flat. That was then, this is now. Now the government has invasive technology that makes the Stasi’s crude bugging equipment look like child’s play.
1. We really don’t see how it is going to hurt us. Mass surveillance is certainly a new, odd, and perhaps an ominous thing, but we just don’t see a complete picture or a smoking gun.
2. We are constantly surrounded with messages that say, “Only crazy people complain about the government.”
However, the biggest obstacle to our understanding is this: The usual image of a “police state” includes secret police dragging people out of their homes at night, with scenes out of Nazi Germany or Stalin’s USSR. The problem with these images is that they are horribly outdated. That’s how things worked during your grandfather’s war — that is not how things work now.
An electronic police state is quiet, even unseen. All of its legal actions are supported by abundant evidence. It looks pristine.

Distinctive brain patterns could become the latest subject of biometric scanning after EU researchers successfully tested technology to verify identities for security checks.
The experiments, which also examined the potential of heart rhythms to authenticate individuals, were conducted under an EU-funded inquiry into biometric systems that could be deployed at airports, borders and in sensitive locations to screen out terrorist suspects.
Another series of tests fitted a "sensing seat" to a truck to record each driver's characteristic seated posture in an attempt to spot whether commercial vehicles had been hijacked.
Details of the Humabio (Human Monitoring and Authentication using Biodynamic Indicators and Behaviourial Analysis) pilot projects have been published amid further evidence of biometric technologies penetrating everyday lives.
The Foreign Office plans to spend up to £15m on fixed and mobile security devices that use methods including "Facial recognition (two and/or three dimensional), fingerprint recognition, iris recognition and vein imaging palm recognition".
The biometric sensors and systems, it appears, will primarily be deployed to protect UK embassies around the world. The contract, about which the FCO declined to elaborate further, also mentions "surveillance" and "data collection" services.
The Home Office, meanwhile, has confirmed rapid expansion plans of automated facial recognition gates: 10 will be operating at major UK airports by August.
Passengers holding the latest generation of passports travelling through Manchester and Stansted are already being checked by facial-recognition cameras.
Biometric identity checks are also becoming more common in the world of commercial gadgets. New versions of computer laptops and mobile phones are entering the market with built-in fingerprint scanners to prevent other people running up large bills and misusing pilfered hi-tech equipment.
Among security experts there is a preference for developing biometric security devices that do not rely on measuring solely one physiological trait: offering choice makes scanning appear less intrusive and allows for double-checking.
The holy grail of the biometrics industry is a scanning mechanism that is socially acceptable in an era of mass transit and 100 per cent accurate. Researchers are eager to produce 'non-contact' biometric systems that can check any individuals identity at a distance.
The US government's secretive IARPA (Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity) is seeking development proposals to enhance such technologies. Insisting that it is not interested in 'contact-type' biometrics, it asks for ideas that will "significantly advance the intelligence community's ability to achieve high-confidence match performance ... These conscientious objectors have broken no law, yet find themselves the target of government surveillance. Apparently it never crossed the mind of little mr. smoot that Robert Garafat would warn the public.

A March 2009 policy brief by the United Nations Population Division reveals that the long-term plan for worldwide population reduction is not going fast enough, not by a long shot. Under the desperate headline ‘What would it take to accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries?’ the policy brief gives an overview of the progress made by developing countries in regards to the globalists set goal of reducing population and proposes several ways of speeding up the death. Richly draped with graphic illustrations on the state of global population and the progress made by the UN to bring back fertility to ‘acceptable’ levels, the policy brief advises an increased effort on the part of governments to commit to a strict family planning- policy and other measures designed to bring a halt to life.
In New York in December 1994, the United Nations’ participants came up with some practical solutions to the ‘population problem’ — one of which is the integration of population issues with matters of ‘environment’ and ‘human development.’
‘The persistence of high fertility in the majority of the least developed countries and the slow fertility reductions observed among them are associated with high levels of unmet need for family planning.(…) The reduction of fertility could be accelerated if effective measures were taken to satisfy the existing unmet need for family planning.’
After these recommendations, the authors plunge into a long, wailing lament about the slow progress of the desired reducing of the population. They also point the finger to a lack of commitment of the governments concerned and, as expected, the need for a global intervention in order to avoid certain destruction.
This recent policy brief was just one update out of many in regards to the long-term plan by the elite to significantly bring down the numbers of the existing earth population. From the moment the Rockefeller funded ‘family planning’-machine was widely kicked off in the 1960s and 70s, numerous meetings have been held in the last couple of decades where various strategies were discussed to implement population-reduction on as large a scale as possible. The strategies in question were especially directed towards the third world as the globalists had virtual carte blanche in the impoverished developing countries. The famous 1994 population conference in Cairo outlined some of the proposed strategies to be implemented. Then Secretary-General of the UN, Boutros Boutros-Ghali in his opening statement on the International Conference on Population and Development, stated that:
‘I am not exaggerating when I say that not only does the future of the human society depend on this Conference but also the efficacy of the economic order of the planet on which we live.’
During a follow-up-meeting held in New York on December 1994, the United Nations’ participants came up with some practical solutions to the ‘population problem’ - one of which is the integration of population issues with matters of ‘environment’ and ‘human development.’ Another part of the agenda of pressing people to cut down on the number of children was to combine the issue of family-planning with environmental issues:
‘Several priority areas were identified that needed immediate action by the participants. Under the headline: ‘Youth NGOs Agree to Integrate Environment and Population Issues in their Activities’ were mentioned the following activities to brainwash young NGO’s into the right mindset by, again, mixing in environmental issues with population issues:
‘To cooperatively address development problems from the youth perspective, which will ensure their maximum participation, a Working Group of the Regional Consultation of Youth NGOs in Asia and the Pacific was organized in 1994 to mobilize a network of youth NGOs in the region. Among the current issues identified by the Working Group as requiring priority attention were the problems dealing with population, environment and sustainable development. Hence, a Working Group Meeting of the Regional Consultation of Youth NGOs in Asia and the Pacific was held from 19-21 April 1995 at the UNESCO PROAP to discuss and shape a plan of action integrating issues on environment, population and development for consideration by the youth NGOs. (…) To help them develop a relevant plan of action, the participants were exposed and sensitized to the current policies and programmes adopted by FAO, UNEP, UNFPA, and UNESCO in the areas of population, environment and development.’
Further on the use of mass-media is being proposed as effective ‘carriers of population-information’ to hammer dehumanization into the collective consciousness:
‘With more than 2 billion radios in the world, roughly one for every three people, and growing number of televisions, the electronic media plays an increasingly important and influential role in building awareness of population and other development issues.’

In a January 1994 preparation meeting for the Cairo conference called ‘Family Planning Communications Strategies Examined’ the issue was discussed how best to use the media to create tolerance among the general public and ‘how attitudes and beliefs could be changed through the innovative use of traditional and mass media.’
‘The meeting featured case studies and presentations by communication practitioners and covered a wide range of subjects, such as: the use of folk tradition and drama to organize community action in Egypt; the use of micro-communications to encourage acceptance of family planning in the Philippines; the use of traditional and modern media in Ghana; and the use of songs to propagate family planning messages in Latin America. The success in India and Mexico of radio and television soap operas and films on family planning subjects was also discussed.’
During the meeting the Executive Coordinator of the ICPD, Jyoti Shankar Singh, stressed the importance of using mass media to ‘convey family planning and reproductive health messages’:
‘Electronic media, print media (and) interpersonal interventions were all part of the kind of comprehensive information, education and communication (IEC) strategies we need in pursuit of population goals.’
In another technical report (‘Guidelines on Basic Education with special attention to Gender Disparities for the UN Resident Coordinator System’) the message is repeatedly conveyed that:
‘It is important that information be disseminated through various channels including traditional means and packaged in various forms to allow both literate and illiterate persons to understand the key messages.’
In 1997 the UNFPA organized a ‘Regional Media Seminar on Population and Development’ for the role of the mass media in (euphemistically called) ‘Information Repackaging’ for the Pacific islands. The UN officials boasted on the success of the seminar:
‘The seminar brought together journalists in the print and radio media from 9 countries of the South Pacific to explore both the role and potential of mass media as a vehicle for population advocacy, information, education and communication. (…) The seminar explored the role of the media in developing and packaging population materials for identified target groups. The meeting also provided development partners with an opportunity to forge networks with media personnel and develop effective strategies to better address population and development goals and accelerate the implementation of the ICPD (International Conference on Population and Development) Programme of Action.’
In other words: every possible resource should be utilized for propagandizing different target audiences. But the people burdened with designing and implement population education on a large scale emphasized the need for a common tongue and sequence of arguments with which the different UN-divisions sell the people on the idea of dehumanization.

In short- a great part of the 1990s were occupied with a great mobilization of mass media for propaganda purposes by the global elite, a test case so to speak, before implementing the same strategies worldwide in the first decade of the 21st century. And lo and behold! The great global warming swindle arrives just in time as an environmental as well as a development issue to attach the basic message to: there are too many of us- and our numbers should be reduced before the planet is destroyed. Because the warming is global, the response should be so as well. However eloquently the message may be presented by hopelessly compliant media outlets, it is the tyrant’s voice we discern amidst the chatter- and all with ears to hear should educate their neighbor in this all-out information war. A March 2009 policy brief by the United Nations Population Division reveals that the long-term plan for worldwide population reduction is not going fast enough, not by a long shot. Under the desperate headline ‘What would it take to accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries?’ the policy brief gives an overview of the progress made by developing countries in regards to the globalists set goal of reducing population and proposes several ways of speeding up the death. Richly draped with graphic illustrations on the state of global population and the progress made by the UN to bring back fertility to ‘acceptable’ levels, the policy brief advises an increased effort on the part of governments to commit to a strict family planning- policy and other measures designed to bring a halt to life.
In New York in December 1994, the United Nations’ participants came up with some practical solutions to the ‘population problem’ — one of which is the integration of population issues with matters of ‘environment’ and ‘human development.’
‘The persistence of high fertility in the majority of the least developed countries and the slow fertility reductions observed among them are associated with high levels of unmet need for family planning.(…) The reduction of fertility could be accelerated if effective measures were taken to satisfy the existing unmet need for family planning.’
After these recommendations, the authors plunge into a long, wailing lament about the slow progress of the desired reducing of the population. They also point the finger to a lack of commitment of the governments concerned and, as expected, the need for a global intervention in order to avoid certain destruction.
This recent policy brief was just one update out of many in regards to the long-term plan by the elite to significantly bring down the numbers of the existing earth population. From the moment the Rockefeller funded ‘family planning’-machine was widely kicked off in the 1960s and 70s, numerous meetings have been held in the last couple of decades where various strategies were discussed to implement population-reduction on as large a scale as possible. The strategies in question were especially directed towards the third world as the globalists had virtual carte blanche in the impoverished developing countries. The famous 1994 population conference in Cairo outlined some of the proposed strategies to be implemented. Then Secretary-General of the UN, Boutros Boutros-Ghali in his opening statement on the International Conference on Population and Development, stated that:
‘I am not exaggerating when I say that not only does the future of the human society depend on this Conference but also the efficacy of the economic order of the planet on which we live.’
During a follow-up-meeting held in New York on December 1994, the United Nations’ participants came up with some practical solutions to the ‘population problem’ - one of which is the integration of population issues with matters of ‘environment’ and ‘human development.’ Another part of the agenda of pressing people to cut down on the number of children was to combine the issue of family-planning with environmental issues:

Under the headline: ‘Youth NGOs Agree to Integrate Environment and Population Issues in their Activities’ were mentioned the following activities to brainwash young NGO’s into the right mindset by, again, mixing in environmental issues with population issues:
‘To cooperatively address development problems from the youth perspective, which will ensure their maximum participation, a Working Group of the Regional Consultation of Youth NGOs in Asia and the Pacific was organized in 1994 to mobilize a network of youth NGOs in the region. Among the current issues identified by the Working Group as requiring priority attention were the problems dealing with population, environment and sustainable development. Hence, a Working Group Meeting of the Regional Consultation of Youth NGOs in Asia and the Pacific was held from 19-21 April 1995 at the UNESCO PROAP to discuss and shape a plan of action integrating issues on environment, population and development for consideration by the youth NGOs. (…) To help them develop a relevant plan of action, the participants were exposed and sensitized to the current policies and programmes adopted by FAO, UNEP, UNFPA, and UNESCO in the areas of population, environment and development.’
Further on the use of mass-media is being proposed as effective ‘carriers of population-information’ to hammer dehumanization into the collective consciousness:
‘With more than 2 billion radios in the world, roughly one for every three people, and growing number of televisions, the electronic media plays an increasingly important and influential role in building awareness of population and other development issues.’

Canadian Banks need Government Funds until 2010.
The Bank of Canada on April 21 reduced its benchmark lending rate to 0.25 per cent, essentially giving away money to the largest banks in Canada.
Not only is the government a "backstop" for the banks, but they are also engaged in a plan to buy toxic assets. These moves will undoubtedly increase the money supply and push inflation higher.
The central bank tried to hide this with a forecast for inflation at a mere 2 per cent by 2011.
If anyone truly believes that inflation is only moving at 2% in Canada.... you need your head examined.
The government calculates inflation WITHOUT including food and energy costs.. WHAT??? those are the MOST IMPORTANT figures when calculating inflation.
That is like counting the cars in a parking lot, but excluding ford and Chrysler. This exclusion is so sever it renders the data meaningless.

$9.2 million for non-passenger and vehicle access control and screening at critical restricted areas of airports, using biometric identification technology;
- $8.6 million for advanced mobile screening equipment for the random screening of passengers and baggage for higher-risk charters and government flights departing from fixed-base operations; and
- $82.3 million for advanced, internationally compatible passenger and baggage screening equipment that will strengthen security and speed up the screening process. Some of this new technology includes:
- $25 million for 125 new multi-view x-ray units at screening checkpoints at Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Winnipeg international airports;
- $6 million for 18 new screening lanes in Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Toronto;
- $12.8 million to support our Olympic and Paralympic partners to ensure Canada's security requirements are met. This includes the acquisition of portable security units (PSUs) to deliver efficient screening operations during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The PSUs will be built in Canada with environmentally friendly materials.
- $242.9 million to support CATSA's ongoing operations and to allow the hiring of additional screening officers and oversight officers.
